Terms of Service

1. The service

SeedAds converts product or website URLs into AI-generated video ads. Features, credit costs, and plan limits are described on the Pricing page and may change with notice.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.

2. Subscriptions & credits

Paid plans and one-time credit packs are billed through Stripe. Subscription fees renew automatically until you cancel in the billing portal.

Monthly subscription SeedCredits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Top-up credits do not expire and are consumed after subscription credits.

Credits are deducted when generation starts. Failed or timed-out generations (over 20 minutes) are refunded automatically. See Help & Support for refund details.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use SeedAds to generate illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.

You must have the rights to use any URLs, images, logos, and brand assets you submit.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform, attempt to circumvent credit limits, or violate these Terms.

4. Generated content & ownership

You retain rights to your inputs. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, you may use exported ads for your marketing.

AI output may not be unique and may resemble content generated for other users. SeedAds does not guarantee ad performance, platform approval, or legal compliance of outputs — you are responsible for reviewing ads before publishing.

5. Third-party services

SeedAds relies on third-party providers (including payment, AI, email, and storage services). Their availability may affect the service.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free generation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeedAds is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You may stop using SeedAds at any time. We may terminate access for breach of these Terms.
