Refunds & credits

Failed or stuck video generations
If a generation fails or runs longer than 20 minutes without completing, SeedCredits are refunded automatically to your balance.
Subscription refunds
You can cancel anytime from Dashboard → Manage billing (Stripe portal). We do not offer partial-month refunds on subscription fees already charged. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
Credit pack (top-up) refunds
One-time credit packs are non-refundable once credits have been used. If you purchased a pack by mistake and have not used any of those credits, email admin@seedads.net within 14 days with your receipt.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Contact us within 7 days at admin@seedads.net with the charge date and amount. We will investigate and issue a refund when appropriate.

Billing & subscriptions

Manage your subscription
Signed-in users can open Dashboard and use Manage billing to update payment method, switch plans, or cancel via Stripe.
Buy extra credits
Visit Pricing and choose the credit pack ($19 / 1,200 credits). Top-up credits never expire and are used after your monthly subscription pool.
Monthly credits reset
Subscription SeedCredits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Top-up credits are separate and do not expire.

Account & technical issues

Can't sign in or verify email
Try signing in with the same method you used to register (Google or email). If verification email is missing, check spam or request a new link from the sign-in page.
Video quality or brand name issues
Use clear product images and pick the ad language in the create flow. For pronunciation or on-screen text issues, note the product URL and language when you email support.
Privacy & data deletion
See our Privacy Policy. To request account or data deletion, email admin@seedads.net from your registered address.
